Definitely. With the newest development in most companies for their employees to work from home during the Pandemic, many companies have realized that the majority of their employees are more productive because they don't have to commute to work, no traffic issues, and they can even live out of state. Hopefully the employees and families who do live in a town or city and need to work outside their homes will have excellent living conditions. Every city needs to have Strict Building Codes for Landlords as they already have for Homeowners. This will reassure every city and citizen that they will "reductions in economic activity losses from climate-related events" as well as health and mental related issues from mold, uncirculated air, no AC or no Heat, no clean water, no poor construction, no rodent or insect infestations, light or sound pollution.
